I would not sell this to a complete beginner. The 2.0 mm rubbers need active technique. If the player only pushes, blocks passively and plays with a flat contact, this racket will not magically create quality. But for a young or developing offensive player who already trains and wants to attack more, it makes sense.
The real value is balance. It gives enough speed and spin to play modern table tennis, but it does not become stupidly fast. The limitation is also clear: once the player reaches a higher competitive level and starts demanding heavier spin, more precision and a more personal feeling, a custom blade with separate rubbers becomes the better choice.
For a serious developing player, this is a strong transition racket.
