After 14 days from delivery, we may no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange.

- Cut or assembled table tennis rubbers
- Special-order items
- Opened glues, boosters or chemical products
- Digital or downloadable products
- Gift cards
For hygiene and performance reasons, some opened products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
